NGO Osilia is located in Estonia's largest island Saaremaa. Main mission of the NGO is to provide out of school training and education for youngsters living on island Saaremaa. NGO Osilia is the support branch for the island biggest gymnasium, providing extra support for the youngsters and teachers of the school. On a larger scale NGO Osilia supports the development of Saare County by organizing non-formal educational projects for local community members, who face geographical obstacles.

NGO activites promotes lifelong learning: training and educational projects to develop key competences, youth councelling services, non-formal educational projects and labor market employment projects. NGO Osilia is experienced in establishing activities to develop key competences such as ICT-skills, entrepreneurial skills and other learning skills.

Field of activity

Team of NGO Osilia is experienced in various international projects in the field of training and education and have expertise in the following areas:

• preparation of project activities;
• collecting country based input: qualitative and quantitative research;
• youth group preparation;
• activities to build group dynamic during project;
• contribute writing project summary and report.

NGO Osilia has extensive experience in adult education sector and different trainings on management, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, leadership and project management areas.
